Goal

Not all lines of business have consumers that make purchases everyday or even every month. Those businesses with extended buying cycles need to develop a concrete strategy to maintain an engaging relationship with their customers in between purchases. Without a clear approach, the interest of the consumer is lost. This opens up the possibility for spam complaints and other negative metrics that could in turn affect deliverability.
