Last updated on NOVEMBER 14, 2019

Applies to:

Oracle Fusion Expenses Cloud Service - Version and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Qn1:We have corporate card expense integration with AMerican Express. We had observed that encryption of credit card data is required to get valid corporate card transactions in Oracle(refer the attached document for clarity). Please let us know the following:
1. Is this setup (Encrypt Credit Card Data in task "Manage system security options") mandatory for successful inbound AMEX integration in ORacle or are we missing on any other configuration?
2. We need to send Remittance advice to AMEX along with payments and they want complete corporate card number (not last 4 digits only), if we disable encryption, we face issues resulting in invalid transactions in Oracle. Please advise us with any alternative.
Qn2:Please let us know more about tokenized files, can you share any document related to this? Secondly, our question is, is encryption of corporate cards mandatory for new employees (when corporate card transactions come in for the first time in Oracle for new employees)?
