Compensation Administrator should be able to run Plans only for respective Location

There is a requirement from Customer, for a Compensation Admin data role, set up for a specific location, Should be able to run/start compensation cycle only for Local Business Unit and country and as per restriction in BU-should pick location specific Departments.
As per requirement, on this page, different Work structure objects like BU, Country, LE allow the comp admin to select from the drop down, in which only the respective country should appear.
