Error 82001 When Creating a Promotion in the OCCS Admin Interface

Symptoms

After logging in to the OCCS-Admin interface, when attempting to create a new promotion, an error is received.

The error code is 82001 and may reference: x-ccasset-language.

Due to the error, the new promotion is not saved.
