Upload Customer Import Does Not Create Customer Contact with Unformatted Mobile Phone Number (Doc ID 2239172.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Load new customer, contact and contact point using Upload customer import (file: UploadCustomersTemplate.xlsm).

Customer import will successfully load without errors.

However, query of new customer from Manage Customer page will show customer contact is not created nor is it's Unformatted Mobile Phone Number.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect contact point to be created with Unformatted Mobile Phone Number once customer import successfully loads.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Billing > Customers > Upload Customers from Spreadsheet and upload original spreadsheet
2. Review TCA Bulk Import report to confirm customer upload was successful.
3. Setup and Maintence > Manage Customer page. Query new customer number.
4. Click on site
5. Contact point is not generated and neither is it's unformatted mobile number
