WebService ErpIntegrationService downloadESSJobExecutionDetails() method Does Not Return XML Output For ESS BI Report (Doc ID 2239390.1)

Symptoms

 
User's can not download the output file from a BIP job when the output is XML or HTML using the ErpIntegrationService web service. The web service works for CSV format, The ErpIntegrationService web service  extracts the XML source from the BIP job, only. In summary, if the BIP job has a CSV output file, the ErpIntegrationService web service retrieves two files: the XML source and the CSV output. If the BIP Job has an HTML or an XML output file, only one file is retrieved: the XML source.
