Cannot export large CSV Report in OBIP

When trying to download a report in CSV format, using the offline export schedule, it fails with this error: “Report data size (4294969049 bytes) exceeds the maximum limit (4294967296 bytes). Stopped processing.”

With a further filtered setup of the export, the report works.
The problem is that this report has to show all the paid transactions in a batch for all Incentive Compensation participants, which will be used to validate the data.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Sales Cloud
2. Run the report
3. Download the .csv file
4. Receive error.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, the customer cannot meet their customer validation requirements to show all paid transactions.
