HRA_EVAL_RATING > comment field
User have found the following issue regarding the comments inserted by the line manager and other participants on goal performance evaluation. They have reports that extract the participant comment from the "COMMENTS" column in the "HRA_EVAL_RATINGS" table.
For the case in attachment, there is a difference for what user can see on the UI platform (empty comment) and what they can see in the "COMMENTS" field for it. Then they noticed that there is a further column which contains the comments: "COMMENT_TEXT" column always in the "HRA_EVAL_RATINGS" table. For this case, the "COMMENT_TEXT" is correctly empty.
Furthermore, user have other case where the comments is partially present in "COMMENTS" and totally present in "COMMENT_TEXT".
Please help us to understand why there is this different behavior ? Which column is the right one with the right data to be extracted ?
