Symptoms

On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Microsoft Outlook

When attempting to search Accounts on OSC server,
the following error occurs.

Error retrieving data from server


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. search for an Account
2. choose search in cloud
3. error occurs

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot search Accounts online.
