Incident Error When Convert Pending Workers

On : 126.96.36.199.0 version, Global Human Resources
When attempting to convert pending workers,
the following error occurs.
An application error occurred. See the incident log for more information.
An application error has occurred. Your help desk can use the following information to obtain a more detailed description of this incident: 680, Server Domain: HCMDomain, Server Instance: CoreProcessesServer_HA, Application Name: HcmCoreApp" when clicking OK to the pop up question when using the quick convert process.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Navigate to New Person and click on the Person Number 41546 and click on Convert.
Click Next on Person Information train stop > error.
