Approval Submit Comment Dialog Box Does Not Display Approval Reason (Doc ID 2240447.1)

Symptoms

When submitting a quote for approval, the submit comment dialog box appears which does not show the 'approval reason'.

The expected behavior is that the dialogue box will include the'approval reason' as shown below:
