How to Track Emailed Transactions (Doc ID 2240524.1)

Goal

Customers from time to time will ask for evidence of delivery for emailed transactions. In the current ESS Log for Print Receivables Transactions, the email address(es) for recipient(s), transactions numbers, and timestamp for delivery are not provided to establish evidence of delivery. Is there any way to track/retrieve this information?
