Why is the Project Account Rule Not Showing in AR Subledger Journal Entry Rule Set Page? (Doc ID 2240661.1)

Symptoms

While on the Manage Subledger Journal Entry Rule Sets page, user is attempting to link a previously generated user defined account rule to journal line rule: invoice revenue. However, cannot see new account rule in segment rule list of values.List of value does not show previously created custom account rule: MLY_AR_21017_A

REPRODUCTION STEPS

Go to Manage Mapping Sets page and create a new custom mapping set using source: System Person Type
NOTE: this source belongs to subledger application = Project Costing.

Go to Manage Account Rules page and create a new custom accounting rule referencing the above custom mapping set.
NOTE: this account rule belongs to subledger application = Receivables.

Go to Manage Subledger Journal Entry Rule Sets page for Receivables and query custom
journal entry rule set for Invoices.
NOTE: this journal entry rule set belongs to subledger application = Receivables.

While still on the Manage Subledger Journal Entry Rule Sets page, attempt to link a previously created custom account rule to journal line rule: Invoice Revenue; however, the list of values for the account rules does not list the previously created custom account rule. List of value does not show previously created custom account rule: MLY_AR_21017_A

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect the previously created custom account rule to show in the list of values for account rule.
