Outlook Add-in (CRM) - ERROR Unable to open recurrent state property (Doc ID 2240754.1)

On : version, Microsoft Outlook

When attempting to open addin,
the following error occurs.

Connector error: Outlook or its extension is preventing Oracle Sales Cloud for Outlook from displaying login UI

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. open Outlook
2. rightclick on systray icon of the addin
3. Open Oracle Sales Cloud for Outlook
4. Synchronization Control Panel window will display only the error message

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use the product.
