Users Missing Projects in the Pro Client Over ProCloudConnect Connection.

A user is unable to see their Projects in the P6 Professional Client that they can see in the Web, even after using refresh.

All of the Projects that the user has privileges to see are displayed.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open the Projects view and look for the Project.

Note: Using refresh still does not show the Project.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see the Project they have rights to see in the Pro Client.
