Error when trying to create custom Saved Search

Symptoms
On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Accounts, Contacts, Households
When attempting to save a Custom Saved Search, the following error occurs.
ERROR

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. SUI -> Contacts;
2. Advanced Search -> create new custom saved search and try to save it.
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot custom new saved searches.
