Symptoms

When attempting to save a newly created Product Proposal, the following error occurs:

Attribute ATTRIBUTE_NAME in ProductProposalEO is required

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create custom attribute in Manage Innovation Management Custom Attributes
2. Navigate to Concepts
3. Expand right task menu -> select Create Proposal -> enter the info, and Save and Close
