Symptoms
Intergration from PeopleSoft to Fusion resulted in some Employees (particular countries) having title: “Mr or Ms” in his or her names when searching in person management. Yet, when reviewing these employee's record from Manage Person, the title is empty and are not unable to edit the title.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Person management
2. search by name
3. see the title in search results
4. click on the name and open record
5. the title is not showing in the name
Same can be seen from Person Gallery
