Unable To See Scheduled Processes When Work From Home

A user can not view the scheduled processes when working from home. The header of the form resolves, but not the jobs. The user tried both the wireless and a wired connection unsuccessfully on his home network.  The ESS UI is the only screen where problems were noticed. The problem does not occur with all users, but at least 2 have experienced the issue.
