Symptoms

On Oracle Fusion, 11.1.11.1.0 version, On transaction screen, after creating a transaction, taxes are not calculated

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
As the transactions are registered to calculate taxes, expecting to have taxes calculated


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Receivables
2. Go to Billing
3. Go to Transactions
4. Go to Create Transactions
5. Create a transaction
6. Go to Invoice details and observed there is not taxes calculated
