Small Automatic System Forecast Adjustments (Doc ID 2241491.1)

On : version, Sales Forecasting

Forecast showing that a sales person or sales manager made and adjustment to the Amount when the currency type of the Opportunity Header is changed from one currency to another.

When the currency type is changed in the forecast amount should not be triggered a changed by a Sale Person/Manager, and not rounded up to the nearest whole number

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Sales rep creates opportunity in USD and adds a revenue line.
2. Sales rep changes currency to MXN at the Opportunity header (which results in decimal USD value at the Forecast)
3. Sales rep submits forecast
4. Sales manager clicks Edit button on his forecast
5. Sales manager clicks Save button (adjustments are made to round the decimal value – this is not desired)

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users a receiving faulty forecast change information
