Symptoms

When editingthe details, the employee is able to add the same contact relationship type twice (for example, father):


STEPS
-----------------------
1. Login as employee

2.Go To  Personal Information>Edit My Detail

3.Add Relationship>Type=Father(Which can be a custom LOV)

4.System will allow to add another contact of Relationship Type = Father
