Quota Limitation - Schema Unreachable for Database Cloud Schema Service (Doc ID 2241932.1)

The following message is seen indicating that the Schema Service has exceeded it's quota:


Though tables have been dropped, the global size did not decrease, and the space associated with the deleted objects is not available for the application.
It seems that le last DROP was successful, but the global size didn't decrease.

Because of this problem users cannot free space in schema associated with the Schema Service.
