On : version, File Import/Export

After building out Clauses and a Terms Template and attaching those templates to a Purchase Order, we have the ability to 1)Download a Contract and/or 2) Export a Clause. Both export the Clause or Template to an XML document. Anytime we download a clause or template to an XML document and try to make changes (redlines), the ACCEPT CHANGES function is not enabled.

The Accept and Reject buttons should be available during the Redline process

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Purchasing module
2. Open a contract and go to it's Contract terms
3. Download contract in Word 2007 format
4. Open XML document in Word 2010 to make the redline changes
5. Accept and Reject buttons are grayed out

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot accept changes that are made.
