Symptoms

Snapshots of Financial Data in Yearly views not displaying information correctly.

  1. If they are displaying, the values are displaying in the incorrect columns.
  2. The Values for monthly is not being accurately reflected in the "Yearly" Timescale view this data is missing.


STEPS to verify this information
-----------------------

1. Access EnterpriseTrack as a qualified user to view projects and finances.
2. Navigate to the affected project
3. Select Finances > Detailed Finances > Select snapshot
4. Default Timescale view is monthly, review the months with finance information.
5. Change Timescale view to Yearly, review for errors
