PJC: How To Exclude/Include Showing Projects When Entering Timecard In OTL (Doc ID 2242049.1)

Goal

Qn1:User needs to know how to inactivate projects (financial) if at all possible.
 
Qn2:We would like to exclude certain projects with status as CLOSED while entering project related time card. Currently, all the projects are showing up in the LOV when creating a time card.
 
Qn3:When entering time card in OTL, user don't want to see projects in the LOV which are either in CLOSED status or the employee entering time card is end-dated in those projects in team member section in the project. How to achieve this ?

Qn4:User should see all the projects where he/she is a team member and projects with specific statuses should be excluded from the LOV. Additionally, projects should not show as duplicates in the LOV.
