Symptoms

In Cloud Administration

Unable to Add a Partner Company:

Processing Company Failed: Companyname

The original Companyname was created in Unifier, but was set to Inactive as the customer was informed that Partner Companies should be added through Cloud Administration. The original Companyname in Unifier then had its name changed to 'Companyname - Inactive', had its Short Name changed and had its status set to Inactive.

Trying to create the Companyname in Cloud Administration results in; Processing Company Failed: Companyname
