Fusion Applications - OTBI - Add New Enterprise Project Code or Enterprise Task Code Do Not Appear In OTBI Subject Area = Project Management - Planning Real Time

On : 220.127.116.11.0 version, Technology Management - Reports/Analytics
The user has added a new Enterprise Project Code or Enterprise Task Code through Setup and Maintenance, but cannot see it in OTBI Subject Areas in the project or task dimension folders.
Task Code should have been visible in OTBI Subject Area = Project Management - Planning Real Time
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Navigator > Setup and Maintenance > "Manage Enterprise Task Codes"
2) Create a new record by filling the following:
3) Now check OTBI Report Subject Area = Project Management - Planning Real Time
4) Folder = Task > Task Codes > Newly created Task Code does not display in this folder.
