Competency Rating Descriptions Are Not Translated In Competency Section Of Performance Document (Doc ID 2242568.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Competency rating descriptions are not translated in the competency section of the Performance Document

The competency rating model is translated in various languages like Portuguese, Korean, Chinese, French etc. The performance document has sections for Goals and competencies along with the Overall rating.

In the performance document, for the competencies section we use the Competency rating model, which we have translated into various languages . But when we click the 'i' icon against each of the individual competencies, the rating model description comes in English, rather than the translated language as per the user session language.

Expect that the rating model description should show translated values as per the user session language

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as Worker in Portuguese locale
2. Navigator > About Me > Performance
3. Open the performance document
4. in the competencies section, click on the 'i' icon of any competency item
5. The rating level is showing translated value, but the rating descriptions are shown in English and translated values are not shown
