On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Microsoft Outlook

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When creating a new Appointment the field Appointment type is defaulted to "Account Maintenance "

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When creating a new Appointment the field Appointment type should be defaulted to Meeting or Out of Office or Phone Call

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. create new Appointment
2. click on Shared with Sales Cloud
3. Appointment type is defaulted to "Account Maintenance "

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create Appointment without manually changing the type.
