ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Issues using SQL statement to set dashboard prompt values

Customer has a dashboard prompt on "owner" column that they would like to set up to
1) Exclude admin and test users and
2) Make the prompt values dependent on other prompts.

They have set a presentation variable on the other prompts for part 2, but the SQL errors out when they try to call the variable in the SQL statement of the Dashboard prompt.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Should be able to setup a Dashboard prompt that can exclude a few values and also be dependent on other prompts.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Setup a dashboard prompt on "owner" column that
2) Excludes a few admin and test users and
3) Is dependent on other prompts.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, customer is unable to meet the business requirements.
