Unable To Access Account Record Via Custom Account Plan Object

On : 184.108.40.206.0 version, Accounts, Contacts, Households
When attempting to access the account record via the custom object "Account Plan", an error occurs. The error does not occur on all accounts.
Application error occurred. See the incident log for more information.
After clicking 'OK' to exit the error and exit the record, the following message appears prevents exiting the record:
ADF_FACES-60097:For more information, please see the server's error log for an entry begining with:ADF_FACES60096:Server Exception during PPR, #7
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
2. Scroll to the custom object "Account Plan"
3. Select a record, then click on the hyperlink of the Account record from the dropdown field
