Symptoms

On : NA version, Global Payroll

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
 The Archive Processes are not completing and remain in Paused status for long time

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
For these processes to end successfully

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. run payroll
2. run archive process payroll
3. paused

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact: this is effecting Payroll Reconciliation Testing cycle. Payroll cannot be run as a result
