Cannot Open Account - Error Message

On : version, Accounts, Contacts, Households

When attempting to Open an Account an error occurs
ADF_FACES-60097:For more information, please see the server's error log for an entry beginning with: ADF_FACES-60096:Server Exception during PPR, #10

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Accounts oobject
2. Try to open an Account
3. Error is displayed

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot open the Accounts
