Cloudmark is a 3rd party spam filter that is utilized by various ISPs to assist in bulking & blocking messages due to “spam like” activity. It works by utilizing its own network of addresses to identify complaints and spam trap hits. If a sender triggers enough of these complaints and/or trap hits throughout the course of a mailing, “spam fingerprint” will be attached to the content of that message by Cloudmark.
