Phases Added, And Completed Infomraiton Has Been Lost From Project - Instantis EnterpriseTrack

Project was updated by Project Manager, Hours on the project have been lost by the updates.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps (Note these are specific to the environment configuration):
1. Clicked on "Manage Project Schedule"
2. Selected "Change Project Schedule"
3. In the Existing Project Schedule Selected <
4. In the "New Project Schedule" selected "Project"
TO ANALYZE ISSUE
1. Analyze an older copy of the environment for the historical Data. (If accessible, this is not a given)
2. Analyze a current copy of the environment
3. Review Changes through project Audit
4. Review differences in Timesheet for the project.
