Can't Change Opportunity Owner

Cannot change Owner of an opportunity record.
Issue happens only to specific opportunity record:Oppo1, the Owner is A.

Steps to replicate:
1. Login CRMOD with User:U1(with Row ID U1ID);
2. Search opportunity Oppo1;
3. Open the record, look up Owner, and choose user:B;
4. After "Processing", the Owner remains as original user A.

When testing above steps on another opportunity record (with same field values e.g. Sale Stage, Probability, Account, Contact etc), there is no such issue, Owner can be changed freely.
