Multi-select Drop Down Value Is Cleared Automatically (Doc ID 2243582.1)

Multi-select drop down value is cleared automatically

When getting in to customer record and selecting the values in these drop downs they reset to blank.
E.g. I select value '1' and '2' but it is set to null.

The Multi Select drop down should pick the selected Options
