Internal Server Error Preventing User from Accessing SRM

On : NA version, Engage

Specific user receiving internal server error and unable to access SRM Engage.

Internal Server Error: "We are sorry but we encountered an error processing your request. We apologize for this inconvenience.
Please visit for further assistance, and we will work quickly to make sure your issue is resolved."

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login in SRM
2. Access any application than Engage - working fine
3. Change to Engage - above error appears.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, user cannot access Engage.
