Standing Appointments are not displayed in brown/tan color, if the Location 'Appointment View Start Time' is later than the 'Standing Appointment Time'.
Steps to replicate:
Create a location with two Dock Doors. The second Dock Door has standing appointments between 10 am and 11 am.
