Salesperson duplicate and active status issue

For sales person TestUser - all the details are showing as end dated but still status of ACTIVE in the manage salespersons account references UI.

Also, in the CPQ to Projects integration using standard webservice it gives an error for the salesrep id.

Also, under 'Manage Contract' the contract owner shows two records for TestUser.

 ContractHeaderEOJBO-OKC:::OKC_INVALID_HDR_ATTR_VALUE: <MESSAGE><NUMBER>OKC-195787</NUMBER><TEXT>The value of the attribute Salesperson is invalid.</TEXT><CAUSE></CAUSE><ACTION></ACTION><DETAILS></DETAILS><INCIDENT></INCIDENT></MESSAGE>JBO-27024: Failed to validate a row with key oracle.jbo.Key[300000068374307 1 ] in SalesCreditEOJBO-27011: Attribute set with value 300,000,059,911,167 for SalesrepId in SalesCreditEO failed

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Soap Process to push opportunity details from CPQ to Projects Finance.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot push opportunity details from CPQ to Projects Finance
