Goal

The employee with 0 Gross Pay does not experience any deduction from this element but no Employer Contributions are listed either. Business has a requirement for the system to allow for Employer Contributions to continue if the employee is on leave or has zero Gross Pay. Therefore the employee's deductions may be placed in arrears but the Employer Contributions will continue.
