File Import using XML: Address Is Created With Incorrect Site Usages

When uploading two addresses for a contact each with the same address and different site usage, Bill To and Ship To respectively, the import process creates both addresses but one has no site usage and other has both Bill To and Ship To site usages.

Expecting two party sites; one with site usage Bill To and one with site usage Ship To.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Sales Cloud application
2. Navigate to Setup and Maintenance > Task: Manage File Import Activities > Go to Task
3. Import XML file that has an account (or contact) with two addresses each with a different usage type

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, not seeing the imported sites as expected. This is impacting system test scheduled to start next week. In the source system, there can be different address usage types (ship to, bill to) and they are distinct address references (the OSR is unique). Sometimes the address is different but other times they are the same, as in this instance. It is a requirement to maintain the source system references in Oracle Sales Cloud.


 Import using XML file (instead of CSV).
