Custom DCL For Primary And Secondary NAICS Not Importing

On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Accounts, Contacts, Households
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The Primary and Secondary NAICS codes (DCL on custom object) on the Account Profile are not populating from import into the dynamic choice list field. It appears as empty. When you click on the X, it becomes empty and you can select an actual code.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When going into the account profile, you should see the code that was in the account import.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Sales Cloud
2. Navigate to SUI > Sales > Accounts
3. Search for and Edit an account
4. The DCL appears to have a value but it is empty; the X is present so it can be clicked to remove the existing value and select a valid value.
BUSINESS IMPACT

Due to this issue, users cannot see the data that was supposed to be imported to account.
