Symptoms

Create Contact page is different. There is layout difference for contact create page

Create page should be same across application

Reproducible Steps
1. Log into Fusion Applications
2. Home -> Contact -> Create Contact we see 'Customer Name' on layout
3. Home -> Customer -> Open record -> Click on Contact subtab -> Add -> Create Contact; 'Customer Name' is not present on layout

Due to this issue, users cannot see same contact create page across application
