Sending Schedule to Unifier From P6 Fails With Error: 'Activity Percent Must Be 100% When the Activity Has an Actual Finish Date' (Doc ID 2244151.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to push schedule sheet from P6 to Unifier, the following error occurs.


Even though the activity percent is actually 100%, the Unifier webservice still throws this error.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login P6 web
2. Open a project
3. Push the schedule to Unifier
