Information in this document applies to any platform.
When attempting to log into CPQ Cloud with Single Sign On in Internet Explorer 11, the user is redirected to a 403 Forbidden screen instead of the CPQ Cloud home page.
No errors are recorded in the CPQ Cloud error logs.
This issue occurs when the site is upgraded to 2016 R2 Update 1 or 2016 R2 Update 2.
