Adding 'Company Phone' as an available field to Add when using Advanced Search in Accounts?

How can we add 'Company Phone' as an available field to Add when using Advanced Search in Accounts? This field is currently not available.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Custom field should be visible in the add button when using Advanced Search in Accounts

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to account object and create a custom field as text
2. Click on edit account and search for advance search
3. Custom field is not found in the add button while doing advance search.
