User Has Edit Access On The Opty But Still He Is Not Able To Edit Customer, Currency. Etc.,

Hylton Kipe has edit access on the Opty but he is still he is not able to edit customer, Currency, etc.
This User is a sales rep and he is a team member added manually in that opty with Edit rights. But still he is not able to edit few fields like customer, Currency, Opty Name. Is this default behaviour?
 If yes, then what all more fields that cannot be edited with edit rights?
