Cost Sheet Template Not Opening Then Cloud Environment Becomes Inaccessible

Information in this document applies to any platform.
In a Unifier Cloud Environment, a Cost Sheet Template would not open and could not be edited. After attempting to access and edit the Cost Sheet in the template, the session was closed. After logging back into the environment, the following error was seen during login:
The system could not process your request.
Logging in again my help in some cases
Contact your System Administrator if you are still having problems.
